Roles: Scrum master, Narrative designer and Audio designer

I coached the team to work with Agile methodologies using SCRUM, developed storylines for each area in the game and produced audio for the snowmobile radio and engine.

“If you want others to follow you, you need to practice what you preach”

Roles: Scrum master, Narrative designer and Level designer

As an experiment for my startup Katelyst, our team tried to develop a game within one month. We went through the entire development cycle and released the game on Steam. I focussed on creating a planning that fit the time window, created a storyline for the player to explore and assembled a classic mansion to wander around in.

“Don’t be afraid to think outside of the box, there is much more light out there!”

Roles: Concepting and pre-production producer

My goal as a producer during the development of Kari was to manage stakeholders and prepare bi-weekly update moments where the progress and achievements of the team were shown. I assisted the developers while planning their milestones and breaking those down to workable chunks.

“If you feel like you have stranded somewhere and can’t get away, try asking for help”

Roles: Producer and Scrum master

As a producer I assisted the team in managing deadlines, stakeholder communication, preparing and presenting updates and pitches to stakeholders and fellow students.

“What even is fun?”

Roles: Scrum master, co-producer

As a scrum master I assisted the team with planning the development cycle within a short time frame of 8 weeks. I helped the product owner of the team with stakeholder management, communication and preparing a pitch deck.

“Team work makes the dream work!”
